If only one user is locked out, have another user in Great Plains go to (Setup | System | User Activity) and delete the stuck user. If all users are locked, follow the directions below.
MSQL or MSDE
- On the Server: open Query Analyzer (Programs>Microsoft SQL Server>Query Analyzer)
- Log into the Database as sa
- Change drop down database to Dynamics/Great Plains
- In the query box, type delete activity
- Click Query Menu Title
- Move cursor to Execute and click right mouse button
- Close Query Analyzer
- Reopen Dynamics/Great Plains and problem users should be able to log in
